While we stayed only one night, would have liked to stay a week or more. Very comfortable and relaxing. Great view! The staff was AAA plus. The only improvement would be better signs to find the actual property.

Excellent spot to relax
I had an excellent stay here, so much so that I kept extending my stay! I found the accommodations to be very comfortable and the staff went above & beyond every time I asked for help. The room was wonderfully furnished with a washer / dryer to do laundry. The view was incredible! I really loved the balcony area. It was the perfect place to watch the sunset over the bay It takes about 10 minutes to get to Kotor, so it’s far enough away for some peace & quiet, but close enough to see the sights. Overall I really loved this property and I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Located on west facing hilly area to the south of Tivat this modern development is ideal for those wanting a quiet location , close to Tivat with a very short journey time to and from the airport.The development is fairly new and expanding.It is good value for the price and for those wishing to explore there were no problems with finding parking spaces adjacent to the room,and in addition there is space always free near reception.Driving in Tivat and Kotor is slow and congested and parking is a nightmare.The country roads around Kavac are narrow and steep and twisty with fast moving local vehicles, not at all suitable for walkers.We decided to use taxis which cost in September 2023, 15 euros to Tivat and 26 to Kotor each way.This made the holiday a lot less stressful.

We have just got home from an excellent 5 day stay at Casa, I can’t thank niko and the rest of the team enough for a fantastic stay, they were so helpful with anything we needed during our stay especially arranging taxis for us. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped with everything you need. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone

Good hotel
Traveled with my dad through the balkans and stayed at this hotel because it was near the airport. Had a great stay here. Overall the hotel was clean and affordable. As soon as we checked in with Valentina she made us feel super welcome and gave us tips on where to eat. She was so helpful and made our stay extra special!
