"We stayed at TURIM Terreiro do Paço Hotel for one night with my family, and our experience was exceptional. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Lisbon and within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and attractions. What truly made our stay special, though, was the staff. Their hospitality and level of service went far beyond what we expected. KLM had lost my luggage, and because we were scheduled to board a cruise ship the next day, getting my bag back in time was extremely important and stressful. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help. They followed up on the delivery, helped locate and communicate with the delivery driver, and did everything they could to make sure my luggage reached me before we had to leave for our cruise. I especially want to recognize the gentleman from the hotel service staff who personally helped with the situation. His kindness, patience, and genuine concern made a stressful situation so much easier for our family. This is the kind of hospitality you remember long after a trip is over. We only stayed one night, but the staff treated us as if we were longtime guests. I would absolutely stay here again whenever we return to Lisbon and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great location and, most importantly, truly exceptional service. Thank you to the entire team for taking such great care of my family!"

"Absolutely perfect! This was a first time trip to Lisbon and staying here had shaped my experience for the best. I highly recommend it for solo female travelers. It was central in the absolute sense, you can a lot of Lisbon by walking in any direction from the hotel. The room was very clean, I liked that it was hard wood floor and they cleaned and left drinking water in the room every single day. And breakfast was not your typical hotel breakfast. This was homemade, fresh and good variety whether you're looking for high protein, savory or sweet. And the whole team were very helpful and friendly. "Gorgeous property within a convent! We loved everything about it - food, drinks, COFFEE!, pool, terrace, and bars! Every inch of the property was beautifully designed. The staff were attentive and friendly. I would definitely LIVE at Locke! I cannot wait to return and stay longer! Thank you everyone for the great vibes, conversation, and pleasant stay! Shoutout to Nat at the front desk for helping with our oversized luggage and the team that made my coffee with love at Castro's. Perhaps the best coffee I've had in Lisboa!"
