The hotel theme and decor are lovely, the staff and restaurant workers were very helpful and hospitable and the pool view was nice even though I didn't swim in it due to the chilly weather but the pool is heated. "I checked in after my flight and taking the DART from DFW. It was a short walk to the hotel, and I was able to leave my luggage in a locked room with a valet ticket. After exploring Deep Ellum (also a short walk), I returned to check in at 3pm. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. It also was very quiet. I was a bit surprised that the bar at SOVA was empty when I came back from my show at The Bomb Factory. I felt safe even walking back to the room from Deep Ellum at midnight. BTW, the...
