"An ordinary hotel in Battambang- very hard uncomfortable bed, room didn’t overlook a pool- shower room had water, we didn’t get any hot water, curtains were ineffective. Interesting lock (padlock) for the room, We ordered some room service- this was ok. Seemed a nice family running the place but it’s more of a guest house feel."

"The property is beautiful, with charming architecture that blends traditional Khmer design and modern comfort. My room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with local touches that made it feel both cozy and elegant.
The garden and pool area were peaceful and lush, a perfect retreat after exploring Battambang. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.
The location is also ideal—tucked away just enough to be quiet and relaxing, but still within walking distance or a short tuk-tuk ride to everything in town. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Battambang."
"This place is such a dream! We got a room on the lake and we def recommend it during rain season to be able to enjoy the nature but stay dry! Def the perfect stay for any nature enthusiasts.
Their Nombachok has been the BEST I’ve had this whole stay, and they owner is so sweet and constantly went around to check on everyone’s stay/breakfast ♥️
The pricing for food and drinks were also great compared to other stays! Reception was so sweet and helped us coordinate some tours and even our 6 hour drive to Sihanoukville!

"The rooms aren’t much to look at but the shower had hot water and great water pressure. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. There was even an English language news channel (Al Jazeera). The hotel is walking distance to many restaurants, the central market, and the major inter-city bus lines. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. "
"Family Batcave is a fantastic way to experience Cambodia. It's just a ten minute walk away from the batcave. The family are so welcoming and cooked us beautiful meals. Also provided fresh fruit and lots of water. The huts are clean and tidy, my bedding smelt amazing! Saro even took us on a tour of the killing cave and temple himself and arranged all our transfers. My dad was expecting a very basic stay, but ended up saying it was his favorite place we'd stayed. Would definitely recommend this place if staying in Battambang."
