Luxury style townhome with upscale amenities in a great, private location.This NEW Modern Oasis is perfect for your stay in Baton Rouge, LA. This townhome features all the latest amenities only your dreams can desire.

Clear directions and arrival instructions are given one week before your arrival. Included in those messages are direct phone numbers and email addresses to reach Poree Homes at all time. We are here for you during your stay. We want you to have the most enjoyable experience.

The neighborhood is a condensed subdivision of a row of townhomes. The neighborhood is fairly quite and not a lot of activity.

The property allows for four parking for average to small vehicles. Two parking spaces in the garage and two in the driveway. Please do not block the neighbors driveway at no time. We want to be great neighbors.
