"The staff made the experience. Eliza and Nassa were so friendly and welcoming. They were accommodating, made the hotel feel very cozy. The coffee machine and a life saver. Made some of the best cafe lattes!!! We had a very lovely handwritten note and a bottle of wine waiting for us in our hotel room. A truly wonderful stay. "

"We choose this property to be as close as possible to Eiffel Tower, and it was the perfect choice! The hotel was just perfect, the view to the city was amazing and staff very friendly. Breakfast was also up to the standards with plenty of options. We loved this hotel and would definitely go back!"

"I was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked this hotel! I was a little nervous because of some of the reviews, but I did not have a single problem with my six-night stay here. The room was much larger than I expected and I felt very safe here. There is only one way to access the courtyard and buildings with the rooms in them, which is right past the front desk. The entrance to the courtyard from the street was almost always shut and locked, except when there was hot chocolate and mulled wine with treats being served at the small building in the courtyard. The location was quieter and more local, but still had great restaurants and shops. The metro is close by and very simple to navigate when you get the hang of it to get to other parts of the city. I would recommend this hotel!"
