Summary:

In the heart of the UNESCO city of Bath, this brand new two bedroom apartment is the perfect peaceful retreat after a busy day touring the city sights. Just moments from the unmissable historic Roman Baths (opposite the building) and the heavenly Thermae Spa (1 min walk), everything is on your doorstep. Recently renovated with comfort and style in mind there is a fully equipped kitchen, two luxurious king sized beds (both of which can be split into two singles) and two full bathrooms.

The Space:

Ascend the lift to the 1st floor and enter this exquisite apartment and into the spacious hallway. Beautiful parquet flooring runs throughout.

From the hallway you enter the stylish and spacious kitchen / living room / dining area which is a lovely space to cook and share a meal, enjoy a film or curl up with a book. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hobs, toaster and cafetiere.

The lounge area provides comfortable seating, a smart TV and a dining table that seats four.

The bedrooms and bathroom also lead off from the hallway. The first bedroom has a luxurious king sized bed (that can be split into two singles on request), wardrobe and full ensuite bathroom.

The second bedroom has a king sized bed (that can be split into two singles upon request). A further full modern bathroom sits next to the second bedroom.

This apartment has been beautifully renovated, thoughtfully decorated and offers everything you need for a comfortable city stay: including a washer/dryer and high speed wifi throughout. Although in the centre of the city, the apartment is positioned so that it offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. The perfect place to rest after a busy day enjoying all Bath has to offer.

Please note for anyone with mobility issues, that there are two small steps up into the main building entrance, the first floor is accessible by lift and the apartment is on one level.

Guests have access to the entire apartment during their stay.

The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in the heart of the pedestrianised area of Bath city centre. The Roman Baths, Bath Abbey and the Thermae Spa are just a stones throw away. Restaurants, theatres and fabulous shops are on the doorstep! Bath Spa railway station is just five minutes walk away.

Other Things to Note:

We love dogs, but unfortunately they are not allowed to stay at this property.

One travel cot and high chair are available on request.

Parking can be found at the city car parks. We recommend Avon Street and Southgate, which are just five minutes walk away.

The property itself was very clean. No AC so we cracked the windows, and the sun was coming in late afternoon through evening. The bigger problem is the seaguls. They kept us up all night long with their screeching. The city should address that.
