"We came with 2 seniors, 4 adults and 2 kids under 7. Everyone slept comfortably and enjoyed everything this place offered. The side room with the couch was perfect to hang out when the kids went to bed - very quiet space apart from the main cottage. Brand new bathrooms were very clean and very well stocked. "The house seems brand new, as is the neighborhood. It was a good fit for our family. It is on the outskirts of Kingston with a five minute drive to local restaurants. Drives to the waterfront take 20 -25 minutes, but traffic is manageable. The kitchen had all the kitchenware you will need. Bedrooms are furnished well with comfortable beds. It seems to be in a very safe area. There is a small park with children's play equipment at the end of the block. We saw two bunnies at the park. "
