"O hotel vende uma exclusividade e nível de serviço que acaba não entregando. Tem instalações muito bonitas (piscinas e jardins), contudo pelo preço cobrado poderia ter uma qualidade melhor. O banheiro do quarto é bem pequeno, não disponibilizam uma máquina de café no quarto, o café da manhã é bem básico. Na mesma faixa de preço encontramos hotéis que entregam acomodações e serviços melhores. Tive cobranças adicionais no fechamento da conta, situação que se não tivesse observado teria pago um valor maior."

The food is delicious and plenty. Water, drinks, and cocktails are plenty. The Lazer entertaining staff is always there to do activities and entertain the guests. They're very children oriented with a lot of children activities. They are also dog friendly. I saw people with small dogs. There are poop bags available on the premises. The place is very clean and well maintained. Deserts are delicious. You can't ever get hungry, because the food is always available and the variety is great. They have a big gym, that I was visiting before breakfast. There are several warm pools options: outdoor pools, children pools, pool with and a heated inside pool and sauna. "
