"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at as it has a great location, superb staff (Brittany and Kenneth at the front desk define professional and friendly customer service), wonderful complimentary breakfast and dinner, very clean rooms, very nice pool and exercise room, convenient parking ramp next to the hotel, and located near retail stores, taverns, restaurants, and convention centers. Highly recommend staying at the Drury Plaza Hotel in Downtown Milwaukee. "

"The room was grungy. Carpet was buckled. Bed had a dip in it, very uncomfortable. There was a loud vacuum like noise in the room the whole time. The hvac made knocking noises. "

The knob is screwed on incorrectly, and it's so "high tech" that we couldn't figure it out and it kept shutting itself off."
