Our third stay at Kinn property’s. Very comfortable, very quiet, love the community kitchen and living areas. Gorgeous decor. Little problem with elevator code this stay. Had to take stairs but problem was explained and all was ok. All in all, wonderful stay for my sisters birthday 😊

Highly recommend

Loved the concept of this hotel. The common areas were so nice and a great idea. Perfect location for walking to the Public Market, restaurants, etc. The restaurant in the lobby was fantastic. Great brunch, drinks and had a crab toast special that was beyond delicious. Room was really nice as well. Would 100% recommend and stay there again.

A terrific place close to the Third Ward, the public market, good restaurants, and speedy Uber arrivals. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and our king room on the first floor was clean and large with a nice bathroom in which everything worked. We stayed at the Kinn for a rate that was more attractive than other hotels in this popular area of the city. We intend to return there on our next trip to Milwaukee.

Comfortable and clean smart hotel!

Very clean and comfortable inn. All the amenities in communal area you could want. Breakfast goods and teas low stock but good quality.good location. Room not cleaned except on departure.

Self Service Hotel, Give it a Try!

I was reticent about trying a self service hotel, but I was delighted by the experience! Checking in was a little confusing at first but the hotel manager quickly assisted us. We really liked the quiet, privacy and amenities. We will stay at the Kinn Guesthouse again, now that we know the process.

Unique set up but loved it! Only real complaint was the sheets were pretty hot and not breathable so sleeping was a little hot otherwise a great stay. Perfect location for Third Ward, very walkable.

Loved the Kinn! Great location for a concert at the Fiserv. Just a $15 Lyft ride and short enough to walk home. Incredible amenities. Great coffee bar. Got our laundry done before we checked out. Perfect!

This was such a great stay! Really beautifully done. The nespresso and self serve breakfast options were a great touch and the kitchen was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Comfy bed, great shower. My only caveat is that the walls are very thin. Our neighbors were very respectful volume, but we could hear them speaking and getting ready in the morning before we were up. Wasn’t at all a dealbreaker, just something to be aware of!

Staff are available on site and through call/text but you can also go your whole stay without interacting with them if thats what you prefer. Shared kitchen/dining was nice and clean, easy access to building and room with a keycode so you don't have to worry about losing a room key. Very relaxing stay

It's a mostly self-service property, though friendly and helpful staff were there when we checked in. The rooms are beautiful, as was the shower and bathroom. A very comfortable place to stay!
