"The room wasn’t that clean . There was mold in the corners of the hot tub. The pool room was very dirty. Paint was chipping looked a little rusty when we were in our room there was a dirty old ice bucket dirt all over the headboards and counters."

"Host was lovely and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. The fact that all the light switches are labeled is a nice touch. Our only major issue was that we had trouble with the oven. The knob is screwed on incorrectly, and it's so "high tech" that we couldn't figure it out and it kept shutting itself off."
