Location of hotel is very convenientamd the staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel appears to be undergoing some refresh/updating. The floor in the room needed a good mopping but the rest of the room was fairly clean. Note the hotel does rent rooms for the week so there was some limited cooking aromas wafting through the hallways and the normal family noise you could expect living their lives.

Dear KP, At one point during my stay I told you you made a wonderful owner. You corrected me, telling me you were just the boss. I stand by what I said. The personal responsibility you take for the place gives the aire of a man who more than works for a place. You made my stay at your hotel a wonderful experience. You were immensely helpful in navigating the area and public transportation. More than that, it was wonderful to come back to a friendly face everyday. Best wishes, GM

Overall it wasn’t that great we had a baby staying with us around 4am someone was being loud saying that someone was going to _ them. The staff didn’t seem to care we called and reported it 3 times they finally came but they were still being loud. They didn’t call none to have this person checked out or anything and they seemed to have been having some sort of episode or _ related crisis. Sinks was clogged waited 20 minutes for them to fix it (both of em). My friend lost their stuff they didn’t call and say they found it but was tryna to charge the card (card was canceled). Overall room was pretty clean for the most part and besides all the crazy stuff we went through here it was a decent for the amount of money went spent. I don’t recommend asking the front desk to call if you lost anything and if you do cancel immediately or lock the card. Overall 4/10 and thats for the room bing nice and the heat actually working.

I found the whole thing very uncomfortable. the rooms are clean and for the most comfortable the service was miserable. I was treated like a vacant, spoken to like a delinquent. Do I need in the room give off a sterile uncomfortable look. Wow that's not a huge factor for some it is for those who get headaches and certain types of lighting that give off EMF. Parking was great location was nice.. for the most part the building itself wasn't so bad. But the actual management and staff was very very judgmental and belittling to multiple guests. Individuals should not be judged or decide what a person is. Being presumptuous and judgmental in the service industry is a huge turnoff. It wasn't just a one demographic. I watched their service and their way of treating all guests to be very shrewd cold and unwelcoming. I don't understand why choice even endorses such as experience. I wouldn't want my worst enemy spending more than one night in this verbally elected and abusive environments

The staff and the room was great. The only thing is that the back door was constantly propped open and anyone could of walk in the building. We came back late and the parking lot was very well lit but again, the back door was open. It looked like the lock did not work properly.
