"We were pleasantly surprised to discover that our balcony overlooked the piazza! This charming hotel was within walking distance of many restaurants and boutiques. "We absolutely loved our stay at Opera Relais de Charme. We were firstly warmly greeted by their friendly staff who assisted us to have a much earlier check in as well as upgraded our room. The room was immaculately prepared and tastefully decorated. Everything we needed were there and more. The bed was super comfortable. A Lavazza coffee machine coffee capsules were provided.
We found out there was going to be a train strike on the day of our departure. The staff were helpful and happy to answer our questions. It was most valuable at a time we were anxious and lost about the situation.
The location is really convenient right at the heart of Verona in the middle of Piazza Bra, Piazza Erbe and Piazza Signori with plenty of restaurants and shopping to choose from
We highly recommend Opera Relais de Charme. We will most definitely go back there when we return to Verona.

"The hotel was perfectly located in the middle of everything that we wanted to see. The hotel staff (Giusy was her name if I recall correctly) was very informative and gave us the best restaurant recommendations. The only thing that the hotel was missing was included breakfast. For the price, I think that should have been a given but it was still an Amazing stay in an amazing city! Also, can't forget the young man bartender was so nice and made great drinks. "
