"Very pet friendly, not our choice but every thing else was excellent. I’d recommend it for location, friendly staff, canal walks/trips, good restaurant and excellent cafes in Skipton."

"Evening meal consisted of a frozen pizza, certainly not fresh made on site. Breakfast was boring uninviting standard English. Bedroom was "tired" There were notices saying that they are refubishing. It wood have been nice to be advised on this when booking. I certainly dont think the room charge was taking the above into account"

"The spa area felt quite cold particularly around the pool so not very conducive to relaxing on the sun beds. The temperature of the pool was quite cool. Best to go in before using any of the thermal journey! Rooms starting to need redecorating in places and my air conditioning unit in Room 313 was leaking water onto the carpet below. Breakfast choice was really good and food was hot. WiFi was very good. Plenty of free parking at the hotel"

"Such a comfy and quiet hotel to stay in. Young lady who cleaned our room could not be replaced, just so helpful. "
