"Over the last few years all my family have enjoyed visiting the Hatfield Hotel as the downstairs restaurant is lovely and the staff are always very welcoming. This is the first time I stayed for a few days and not only is it great value, the sea view and the sound of the waves coming in are exceptionally calming … it’s right on the beach so we saw the first light dawn in the most easterly place in the UK. It’s a treat."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 - Lovely Stay at Dunston Hall We had a lovely stay at Dunston Hall. Our room was upgraded on arrival, which was a wonderful surprise! The room itself was spacious with a huge, comfortable bed, perfect for a relaxing night. The bar and restaurant were excellent, and the chef was more than happy to cater to my dietary requirements, which was much appreciated. The spa was quiet and calm a great spot to unwind. All of the staff, especially the reception team, were professional, kind, and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel grounds were beautiful and well-kept, though the outside seating area could have used a bit of tidying up. There were some scattered chairs, ashtrays that looked like they’d been left out for a while, which was a shame because everywhere else looked so lovely. Overall, it was a great stay, and we’ll definitely be returning in the future! "

"Very comfortable rooms and public areas. Welcoming staff. Room was large and well-equipped. Dining room excellent with first class staff. Breakfast room separate but again comfortable with good buffet and hot breakfast cooked to order. "

"Our room was clean & tidy. The staff were pleasant & helpful. The breakfast, food in the evening & drink were good & reasonably priced. Overall we have no complaints & enjoyed our stay. Communication prior to our stay was good as the hotel kept us informed of any issues & events taking place. In the summer having direct access to the beach would be great for families. Yarmouth was not far to travel to. Thank you to all the staff. "
