"The cottage was great, all you would need for a good relaxing holiday, we did have a problem with the boiler on arrival but that was quickly sorted out by the agency, in all the cottage was perfect for our needs, the only down side was the fact we had our car keyed outside the cottage, but I suppose that could happen anywhere!"

Whilst there is a folder with some useful information it wasn't clear how heating control worked thus a more detailed instruction would be good. Also couldn't see instruction booklets left for kitchen appliances which again are often useful for unfamiliar controls."
