Newly renovated and fully equipped and furnished apartment of 120 m2, located in a building with elevator and with optional parking in the same building (€ 30 / day).

Barcino Inversions offers you a comfortable apartment with private terrace and capacity for up to 6 people in 3 comfortable double rooms with 4 single beds and one double, and two washbasins with shower and bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric cooker, oven, fridge, freezer, hob, iron, hair dryer, TV, air conditioning, heating and washing machine. Free WIFI.

Around the apartment you will find supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and shops. Area very well connected with metro and bus lines (Muntaner, V13). In the Sarrià neighborhood you will find jewels from the artistic movement, including some of Gaudí's best works, as well as the best clinics and hospitals (Hospital Clínic, Clínica Teknon, Clínica Dexeus, Hospital Quirón, Instituto Guttmann, Clínica IMO, Institut Català de Retina, Barraquer Clinic, Sant Joan de Déu Hospital, San Juan de Dios Children's Hospital), business schools and schools (ESADE, IESE, UIC, UPC, CEA) throughout Barcelona.

Please note that we can also offer everything you need for your breakfast directly in your apartment for your convenience. We have different types of breakfasts and snacks depending on your needs. Don't forget to ask us about prices 😊

✅ Please note the following important information before booking:

- The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

- The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

- A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
- The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
