✅ Please note the following important information before booking:

- The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

- The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received alleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

- A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
- The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).

NOTE: Please note that in this building we have 2 other apartments with very similar characteristics. They are ideal for large groups as you will be able to enjoy your own space and privacy, but being very close to your own. Please note that we can also provide you with everything you need for your breakfast directly in your apartment for your convenience. We have different types of breakfasts and snacks depending on your needs. Don't forget to ask us about prices 😊.

For your comfort, we also offer you the best optional services such as: extra cleaning, private parking, baby crib, high chair, chauffeured transfers to and from the apartment, 24 h emergency service, optional breakfasts, incredible discounts for tickets to the main tourist attractions in Barcelona.
