    The accommodation has 3 bedrooms (one with double bed and balcony, one with two single beds and one with single bed), 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms (one of them with a double sofa bed).

    It has washing machine, internet connection, heating and central air conditioning.

    The apartment is very large, with vintage wooden furniture and modern finishes, where you will feel very comfortable after a long journey in the city.

    It is located in the center of Barcelona, next to the metro stop Diagonal and Paseo de Gracia. Nearby you will find all the necessary services, supermarkets, bakeries, bars, restaurants and the famous Ninot market.

Great place, BUT…

Check-in was fine. The apartment itself was in an excellent location. Comfy beds, decent furniture and kitchen things. However…We tried to contact the host because we received the wrong WiFi information at check-in. The host never responded at all. We did happen to find the correct WiFi information later in the check-in instructions. As it turns out the signal was so weak that we still had no internet in the back half of the apartment. No TV either, as a result. It’s unprofessional that the host never responded at any point during our visit. Further, the shower stall drain in one of the units was obstructed which will eventually cause flooding of the shower stall onto the floor if someone takes longer than a 1-minute shower. We were forced to buy toilet paper as only 2 part-rolls were provided.

We stayed at this property with 7 people, but it’s definitely not equipped for that many guests. There are only two small wardrobes, which is far from enough storage space. The kitchen has very little cutlery for example 4 forks, 3 spoons and 4 knives, so we constantly had to wash dishes. Also, no dishwasher tablets are provided – something that should really be standard.Another strange and frustrating detail: only two rolls of toilet paper were provided – for two bathrooms and 7 people, for an entire week?! The sofa bed, which is listed as suitable for two people, is realistically only big enough for one.We also had several issues during our stay and couldn’t reach anyone for help. For example, we had problems with the internet and never received a response. After one person showers, there’s no hot water left. The water pressure from the showerhead is so low that it takes forever to wash shampoo out of your hair. On top of that, the sink doesn’t drain properly – but again, no one is available to help.And charging 30  just to have someone bring the key to the door is simply outrageous.Overall, we were very disappointed and cannot recommend this property, especially not for families or larger groups.
