Sejour raté

Lors de la 2ème nuit notre chambre a été inondée à cause de l'orage, nous avons donc dû déménager à 4h du matin, avec une partie de nos affaires trempées. Le lendemain aucune excuse pour le dérangement, et en plus ils nous ont présenté la facture du reste à payer , ma femme étant fort mécontente à fini par obtenir son annulation, et la personne du guichet a froisser la facture et la jeter avec un air de mépris en lui faisant signe de dégager. Voilà le type de courtoisie que l'on trouve dans cet établissement.

Tout le personnel était sympas. .! Seul problèmes, le douche n’et Pas propre et la date de Check-out a été modifiée du jour au lendemain. Et bien et pro-chinoises. Je recommande cet hôtel pour une nuit et trouver mieux ailleurs!!

Nice clean hotel. Staff very helpful. Hotel pretty basic has no tea or coffee facilities. Some rooms had no views out of window. Lacked outdoor space. Hotel reflected price

No es 4 estrellas , una de las recepcionistas está completamente loca , agrede a los huéspedes , grita en insulta delante de otros huéspedes, es un peligro ... el hotel no tiene bar, restaurante ni nada.. solo desayuno en un lugar pequeño , oscuro y feo. Un baño al lado de la recepción , sucio y sin papel higiénico .. como un lugar así puede tener 4 estrellas ? Seguro que los buenos reviews se lo han hecho ellos mismos

We get to stay in one of their apartments with full kitchen and a pool. 10 min walking distance to train station, 30 min ride by train from Barcelona. Great with kids. Also, 10 min walking from beach.

Great hotel

A lovely little hotel, centrally located for the town. Clean rooms and communal areas. Comfy beds and a reasonable sized room, would have been nice have had tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Didn't get the chance to use the pool and restaurant but dis pass by and both look lovely.

Not really a 4star. The balcony was an unnecessary upgrade as it was on ground floor and not clean. Also had a lot of ants in the room and the mini bar was not filled up with beverages. But the hotel is ok and staff is nice and friendly

This hotel is a Dump!, is out side Barcelona only good in summer, not when snows!!, they drop the price during high demand of rooms in the ciity, with the low hookup price, once they get you and you call for “the 24 hours “ shuttle service. They send one of their taxi drivers to the Airport to make you pay 75 Euros for ride” . They say it says ask for desátalos”” ha haha!, the worst expierience! I blame Expedia for this one !!! And my self keep been and idiot and give them my Bussines!!
