Close to golf

We stayed there for a long weekend since it its 3 minutes from Vallromanes golf course. The staff is service minded, rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The only thing negative was the water temperature in the shower, after a day on the golf course it would have been nice with a hot shower this time of the year.

we were welcomed by Susan who was super nice and gave us a really nice room. the views from the reception and dining area are amazing. The pool is also very nice

Bel hotel avec chambres spacieuses mais lit peu confortable avec de tout petits oreillers. Et surtout des frais cachés, non indiqués sur Expedia ou le site de l’hotel : spa payant (25€ pour deux pour une heure), et frais dd room service de 9€... un resto dispo sur place mais fermé. Dommage, on s’attendait à mieu

Da det ligger godt væk fra de fleste steder og ting ville det have været godt at inf ang busforbindelsen er ustabil og dårlig ( man kan ikke regne med deres køreplaner) mega træls !! Deres restaurant var desuden lukket så der var kun deres bar man kunne spise i hvilket ikke var særlig spændende men sød og venlig personale og utrolig flotte omgivelser

Mala gestión

Es un hotel que regalé a un matrimonio muy amigos mios. Con la sorpresa que cuando fueron el spa estava cerrado por problemas técnicos. Todo un desatre. Repasando li email me avisaron el dia antes cosa que no hubiera podido cancelar su reserva igualmente. En la estancia no les obsequiaron con ningun tipo de extra por este altercado. Para acabar, en el check out les quisieron cobrar la habitación y mi amigo me llamó sorprendido. Despues admitieron que fué un error. Muy mala experencia sobre un hotel que tenia como idílico para escapadas de fin de semana.

Sin calefaccion , con un radiador pequeño que se apagaba al cerrar la luz , claramente insuficiente para una temperatura exterior de 2 grados . Sin practicamente productos de higiene en el baño y un tapon de bañera que no cerraba . No le encontramos las cuatro estrellas por ningun sitio

Rust in comfort in een stille omgeving.

Eenvoudige, maar comfortable kamers met degelijke en moderne inrichting. Alles is goed schoon en het is heerlijk stil in en rond het hotel. Er zijn weinig boeiende zaken in de directe omgeving. Echter het hotel biedt fantastiche maaltijden de hele dag. Ontbijt is heerlijk en extra wensen wordt goed naar geluisterd.

Geschäftsreise ja, Urlaub nein

Die Sauberkeit, ibs. im Bad, lässt deutlich zu wünschen übrig. Die Zimmer sind zudem recht hellhörig, was durch den Laminatboden (auch im Flur) noch zusätzlich verstärkt wird. Das Frühstück ist gut, allerdings ist es im Frühstücksraum extrem kalt. Für einen Geschäftsaufenthalt in Ordnung, mehr aber auch nicht.

Hôtel géré par une pitbull

Trop de problèmes: personnel démissionné au fil du séjour, impossible d'avoir la chambre demandée, pas d'eau chaude pendant 4 jours et ménage mal fait malgré plusieurs réclamations, toilettes cassées, menu nul et identique toute la semaine- 3 plats au choix- et plus cher le weekend. Surprenant jamais vu dans un 4 étoiles.

Un hotel de 4 estrellas que nos ha decepcionado

Cogimos el hotel por una sola noche, ya que teníamos una boda muy cerca. Coges un hotel de 4 estrellas para estar mas cómodo. Con piscina para relajarte al día siguiente. Y aunque el hotel es muy bonito y la piscina le da un toque perfecto para verano, tuvimos una mala suerte increíble. Llegamos y a la hora de vestirnos para irnos de boda el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, hacia mejor temperatura en el pasillo que en la habitación. Nos quejamos y nos cambiaron de habitación. Hasta ese momento pensábamos que todo había pasado, pero al volver de la boda, sobre las 2 de la madrugada, la habitación no abría, la puerta solo se abría con una tarjeta y se había desconfigurado. Llamamos a la encargada y nos ofreció otro cambio de habitación (sabemos que ella no tenia la culpa) pero estos imprevistos se han de poder solucionar al momento, imaginaros que tenéis dentro algún medicamento importante y no podéis entrar. Teníamos todas nuestras cosas dentro! y nos daban otra habitación a esa hora. Nos vamos a la otra habitación, y la pica del WC tenia una fuga de agua por abajo, con lo que teníamos otro nuevo problema, pero era muy tarde y queríamos descansar. Al día siguiente hablamos con el chico que estaba en la recepción y nos propuso una noche gratis para compensar los inconvenientes que habíamos tenido. Aceptamos, pero lo justo era no haber tenido que pagar nada. No obstante cuando se nos pase el enfado, volveremos a probar y volveremos a dejar una nueva valoración.

住宅街の中にありとてもゆっくりできる。コンビニが近くに一軒ある。本数は限られているがバスでバルセロナ中心部へ乗り換えなしで行ける。

Hôtel bien situé et personnel au top

C'est un hôtel Avec un personnel très dévoué et professionnel. Notre chambre (catégorie double supérieure) était confortable avec 1 bébé et un enfant . En revanche la literie de très mauvaise qualité tout comme le petit déjeuner. Cependant le restaurant est bon, les plats sont très appréciables. La piscine extérieure top et l'hôtel est bien situé aussi. Je dirais que c'est un hôtel à 3 étoiles pas plus et pour des courts séjours ( 2 à 3 nuits max) .
