The property is clean and located close to Casa Battlo and many dining spots. It's not a big issue, but reception is unattended a lot of the time, requiring phone/data calls to access the property. You also need to bear in mind that this is hostal style accommodation - so no fridge, tea making facilities in the room. Some of the rooms windows/doors open onto a tiny internal shared courtyard/lightwell, which can feel a bit insecure. Pricing seemed high for what was provided.

Terrible smell like fungus, we were planning to stay 4 nights and have to leave the first night.

Great location. Reasonable price. Busy street but no street noise through the windows. Entrance hard to find unless you have the building number and even then not clearly marked. Bathroom door missing latch so won’t close. Underneath beds hadn’t been swept.

Værelset var meget slidt, der var sat duftfriskere op i stedet for ordentlig rengøring af afløb og andet som afgav dårlig lugt. Alle steder var rengøringen mangelfuld og håndklæder og sengetøj bar præg af opbevaring under fugtige forhold, så det duftede ikke friskt.

La struttura si trova a pochi minuti a piedi da Piazza Catalunya e piazza Universidad. Ottima posizione per visitare la città di Barcellona.Le camere non sono molto grandi ma accoglienti e ben tenute. Il personale disponibile.la Pulizia in generale Buona.

Das „Hotel“ ist von außen nicht als Hotel ersichtlich. Es ist eine Wohnung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Die Rezeption ist nur bis 15 Uhr besetzt, danach muss man alles über das Handy klären und es wird einem aufgeschlossen. Schwierig. Wir würden es nicht nochmal buchen.

Pour commencer, a l’arrivée, alors que j ai réservé une chambre supérieure avec Balcon sur court intérieur au calme(et le prix qui va avec) ils ont essayé de nous installer dans chambre standard toute petite. Après réclamation ils nous on installé dans une chambre supérieure mais sans Balcon!!! En nous expliquant que c est la seule chambre supérieure qu ils ont et qu il ont une autre chambre avec Balcon mais pas supérieure donnant sur rue. Il ne restait plus que les taxes de séjour a payer, et après une nuit ils ont demandé à nouveau les taxes de séjour ( ce qui avait été fait a notre arrivée.) La chambre n était pas très propre, traces aux murs, une porte de salle de bain coulissante qui ne fonctionne pas bien (du mal a fermer et ouvrir) La cabine de douche dégradée et qui commence a moisire en bas. Des toilettes avec une chase d eau qui fuit…une odeur d’egout avec le salle de bain.. Sans parler de l insonorisation, quand on entend le voisin de chambre bouger dans son lit c est très limite!! Bref un hotel cher et aucunement a la hauteur d un tel prix!

Grata estadía

Realmente en excelente hostal, impecable en cuanto a limpieza, te realizan aseo diario de la habitación, todo muy cómodo y espacioso, con un balcón muy lindo! Hemos solicitado una cama doble, pero nos dieron una habitación con camas individuales unidas, más allá de ese detalle nada más que decir, ubicación muy céntrica.

Room was modernly decorated with good taste and it was clean. A couple of things showed ware and tare (missing toilet paper holder with a hole in the wall, and window curtain was torn apart on one corner), but in general had a nice pleasing feeling. Being in a very busy street, noise was faint due to the double window that was installed.
