It is just as important to travel, as it is to arrive at your accommodation and feel that it is your rescue, a place where you feel safe, a place that allows you to rest and relax.

This newly renovated apartment has been designed to encourage relaxation, to be able to take off your shoes at the door, put on music and relax while having your favourite drink.

It is very close to the Barcelona Football ground Camp Nou as well as the metro and tram stations. It has two bedrooms and is fully furnished. Being on the top floor of the building, it has wonderful natural light that enters through its windows, as well as the tranquility of getting away from the bustle of the streets in this great city.

- If you need a cot we can provide one for € 10 / day.

- There is also the possibility of parking the car if desired in the same building with direct access from the elevator for € 15 / day.

Super clean, comfortable well equipped. We stayed in summer time, and the AC works perfectly considering outside the temperature reached the 37C. We did buy cooking oil, but this is something not frequently found in vacation apartments. The place is very easy to find! And it is well located for public transportation users. A metro station as well as bus stops can be found at les than 10min walking. It has two convenient stores just crossing the street and one pharmacy. Be aware those stores are not open on Sundays! (but around the neighbourhood you can fond other places open). Many European cities have a tax for tourists, which is charged on the day of arrival. This is done through the host website service.

Our Stay at Fine Apartment ruined by Broken Air Conditioning

Our host notified us by mail while we were on our flight in that the the air conditioning was not working. We did not receive the message until arrival at the location. Fans were provided but they were not effective at cooling as the apartment got afternoon sun and the large windows opened directly over a very busy busy street with buses, truck and scooters all day long. Outside temperature was in the high 80’s. Even at night the apartment was way too hot. Owner promised many times to check into a rebate for the fact that the apartment was intolerable both day and night. Otherwise, the apartment was very new and well equipped with top of the line appliances and fixtures. Location was very good as it was close to Metro line and several large grocery stores. We are still awaiting a solution from the owner.

beautiful well kept apartment with good ventilation and lighting in a safe neighborhood . owner was KIND enough to provide 2 fans because air conditioning broke down and in spite of her best efforts could not be fixed during our stay. Actually I would give 4.5 but this site does not give that option. all managers in spain speak only Spanish although owners can communicate in English.

2 bedroom apartment in Barcelona

This 2 bedroom apartment was conveniently located near a Metro (subway) stop that served both the central area of Barcelona as well as the airport. It's in a secure building that has an elevator for easy access. There are several restaurants in the neighborhood. Marta provided excellent directions on how to get to the apartment and also allowed us to check out later than the stated time so we didn't have to lug our suitcases around town waiting for our cruise. The apartment itself is very nice and has been recently updated. There was some street noise but the following day was a bank holiday so that may have accounted for some of the noise. All in all a very nice place to stay.

Comfortable and well equiped apartment

The apartment is modern comfortable and well equipped. It is about 200 meters from the Collblanc Metro station which provides easy access to the centre of Barcelona and is also on the train line to the airport, so transport to and from the airport was easy.

Magnífica estancia!

Un apartamento muy bien cuidado, con todo tipo de comodidades, el recibimiento que tuvimos demostró un buen gusto y agrado de cara a los huéspedes que vayan a disfrutar de su estancia. Muy cerca de paradas de bus, de metro, de tranvía, de supermercados, de bares .. Nos fuimos muy contentos. Cuando vuelva a Barcelona, lo tengo claro, quiero quedarme en este apartamento. Un trato inmejorable.

Bel appartement

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cet appartement, qui était conforme à la description, et impeccable: très propre, très bien équipé, et situé dans un immeuble irréprochable. Il est très proche de la station de métro Collblanc et à 10 min à pied du Camp Nou. Idéal pour aller voir un match !! Les quartiers touristiques sont à environ 15 min de métro. Un supermarché est juste en face de l'appartement ainsi qu'une boulangerie. Le parking en sous-sol est très pratique. Un parc de jeux pour enfants est juste derrière, ce qui est intéressant s'ils ont envie de se défouler. Le quartier est tranquille et calme. La propriétaire est sympathique. Seul léger bémol: bien qu'il soit situé au 6ème étage, il y a quand même un peu de bruit dû à la circulation des bus. Pour ceux qui comme nous vivent dans des endroits calmes, c'est marquant au début, mais nous avons quand même bien dormi. Nous recommandons cette location sans aucun problème et nous y reviendrons certainement. Frank T.

Beautiful Flat!

My daughter, husband and I spent 2 nights in Marta's flat. It was a lovely flat! Everything was perfect and Marta was very helpful. Besides being very new, it was very clean and comfortable. It wasn't terribly close to some of the main tourist areas, but the Metro was a very short walk away so that wasn't a problem. There was a market across the street. I would definitely recommend this flat and if I am ever in Barcelona would rent it again!
