This triplex apartment has a surface of approximately 85 m² and a terrace of about 40 m². It is located on the attic floor of a building and has an elevator. There is also a private parking which is possible to rent for 20 euros per day. The closest Metro station is Lesseps ( L-3).

City Center Attic with a private terrace For 6 guests is an elegant and comfortable apartment divided into three levels which make the entire flat look even more dynamic and elegant. One large living/dining room with the entrance onto the balcony and a fully equipped kitchen are situated on the second level. The first level is is the perfect spot to rest. It has three comfortable double bedrooms, one of which is a suite with a private bathroom, closet and a balcony. The other two rooms have two beds each one and there is another bathroom with a bath. On the third level you can find a large terrace where you can relax, have a drink and it is ideal for romantic evenings or spend a nice time with your family and friends.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, electric cooker, kettle, oven, fridge, fridge-freezer, and vitroceramic cooker. For your comfort, the apartment has an iron, hair dryer, TV, air-conditioning, heating, washing-machine and drying machine. Free Wi-Fi.

-: The remaining tourist tax must be paid atleast 2 days before check-in by online check-in system or on arrival.

-: A security deposit will be preautherized on credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

-: Travel cot/ High Chair:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-: Arrival after hours:

-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in

-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
