Loved this hotel! Beautiful location right next to a park with lovely sunny rooms and a kitchenette with stove, refrigerator, sink, microwave, kettle and many amenities on site. Wonderful staff at the front desk made this an absolutely incredible stay. I hope to come back.

We just returned from our holiday to Barcelona! We loved our stay, the staff were so welcoming and friendly! The rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. Breakfast options were tasty and lots of options. They also have a gym (free) and spa options too! Easy access to shops nearby! Overall, we loved our stay! It’s not too far from Barcelona city!

Good location for train and bus station and central to Granollers. Hotel pleasant and room adequate. Facilities in room is minimal especially in the kitchen area, air con not very good and adjoining rooms are very noisy.

Great location and friendly staff

Great location to Barcelona. Approx 28-34 minutes each way with car. However, may be inconvenient if you do not have a car and is getting by public transportation. Staff were all extremely friendly and kind, both receptionist, cleaning staff and restaurant personnel. Restaurant was great for both breakfast and dinner. The menu and selection is the same every day, so does get repetitive if you’re staying there for long and relies on eating there. Would overall come and visit again if we are ever in Barcelona!

Great location, amazing views

The stay was very nice, amazing view from pur 5 fllor roon..... but some clients were super noisy and some nights sounded like we were in the room with others....the last night was the worse and after complaining to reception we didn't have the quick reponse that we expected.....cos the noise carry on for over another hour.....for the price and the 4 star, we expected clients to be nore civilised!!! BUT despite that inconvenience, we loved the place and location.

This is an apart-hotel property situated in a small town just outside Barcelona, equidistant from the city centre and airport, and convenient for the business areas east of Barcelona. The property is clean and modern and has a decent onsite restaurant. However, (1) the standard rooms are very small, (2) when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that my rental car (a small SUV) was too big for the onsite parking, and there was no available street parking near the hotel, and (3) the Spa pool, which is one of the main reasons I booked this hotel, was not working. Apart from that, my stay there was OK.

Being American, Europe often feels like a second world country with some of the lack of amenities and the complications surrounding transportation and overall cleanliness. I would say that Granollers is great for being a non-tourist city in Europe and the hotel has amenities that I had not found elsewhere! The staff is incredible. They’re absolutely lovely and polite and they give amazing advice on food, culture, and local adventures. The exemplary staff is defined by an individual named Xavi Pascual who works at the front desk. He did such an amazing job that I am actually planning back to repeat my adventures in Granollers and staying at Aparthotel Atenea again.
