Appartamento molto bello e spazioso. Ottimo il check in in autonomia Zona tranquilla, sicura e ben servita dai mezzi.

Logement probablement très bien il y a quelques années, mais mal entretenu. Paroi de douche 1/2 absente (gare aux inondations !), pommeau de douche en mauvais état, thermostat four HS, étagère porte frigo inexistante, éclairages cuisine au fonctionnement aléatoire, certaines menuiseries à remplacer ainsi qu'un matelas. Fonctionnement Nok du lien pour la porte de la résidence. A la fin du séjour, appel de l'ascenseur ne fonctionne pas toujours. Malgré tout, il reste agréable et l'emplacement est très bien. C'est dommage, il ne manque pas grand chose pour que ce soit très bien.

Muy bien situado y equipado
El departamento está muy bien comunicado, con líneas de metro, tren y autobús muy cerca. Por la calle Roma que está en la esquina puede encontrarse taxi fácilmente, pero también lugares diversos para comer sabroso y a precios accesibles e insumos para hacer comida en el departamento. Los balcones de la sala comedor tienen una buena vista de la calle Roma. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien para todo el departamento. La lavadora y los elementos para secar la ropa son suficientes y funcionales. Todo en general muy limpio y está bien iluminado. Solo un día por la mañana no funcionaba el elevador, el resto de los días estuvo muy buen. Tiene todos los insumos básicos en la cocina e incluso proporciona sal y pimienta, y el jabón para lavar trastes. Estuvimos 6 personas, incluidas dos jovencitas, y todo perfecto.
