Property was in a nice and safe area not too far from all the action. It was a little bit difficult to communicate with them and if you didn’t speak the native language, it was even more difficult thank God my wife did

A wonderful experience in this appatment in Barcelona,We spent 5 days in this fantastic apartment, our second stay within 10 days. The location is perfect, close to everything. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and view on the street. The host was extremely helpful and friendly, providing us with an unforgettable experience. The price is very reasonable for what you get. Easy access key through the app. I highly recommend this apartment to everyone, especially families. We enjoyed it a lot from the very beginning 😊

The front door slams very loudly like an explosion every time someone comes in or out. You can hear and feel the walls shake inside the apartment. And the walls are so thin you can hear and practically have a conversation across the wall especially from the first bedroom that shares a wall with the next unit. Hard to sleep and hard to even think. Will not be staying at this or other units. The location though is superb. Can walk to two metro lines and many bars and cafeterias. But if sleep is important look elsewhere.

I wouldn’t recommend it

The mattresses were very uncomfortable, there were no soap or other basic stuff. For the price we paid I am very disappointed with the quality of the lodging. Would not recommend it.

Could do better

The flat is well situated but the kichen is sparsely equipped in terms of utensils etc. No bottle opener or corkscrew for example. In bathroom 3 small body washes for 5 people. Aircon is in lounge and so does not reach rooms. Noisy from other flats. For the money paid not great value.

Like staying in horror hotel

The pictures online are a gross misrepresentation of what you get. First of all, when you enter the building, the walls are all copied and broken. The floor is terribly dirty. It is an old, slum looking building. We had the standard apartment. Walls were cracked and broken. The kitchen is very small and a separate room. You cannot open the oven as the handle is broken but I was actually afraid to see what condition it would be in. The fridge ahelves weren't in straight and couldn't be removed to fix because the kitchen is too small. The shower was either freezing cold or scalding. The area to dry any clothing was shocking. We had to turn the water system to the lowest heat and it was still horrible. There is a lot of street noise and you can hear people in the other apartments like they are in yours. The balconies are open to the other units so if you are brave enough to stay here, make sure the doors are secure. I can't believe they charge so much for this dump and that Hotels.com would even have this property on their site. You couldn't pay me to stay here again. I tried to attach photos but the site won't allow at this moment.

Struttura molto bella e pulitissima. Non si è vicinissimi al centro ma è comodissima x i mezzi pubblici. L'unica pecca è che x il Check-in al numero di assistenza non parlano italiano ma nonostante la difficoltà nel capirsi sono stati efficenti. Io ci ritorno!

Nuestra experiencia fue terrible. El apartamento muy descuidado y sucios. Muchas cucarachas y un aire acondicionado de 12 btu para un apartamento de 2 habitaciones (necesitan mantenimiento, no enfrían) La ducha sin puertas (se moja todo el baño) NO LO RECOMIENDO! My experience here was awful. Te apartment was very dirty, we saw at least 8 cockroaches and there is an air conditioner of 12 btu for a 2 bedrooms apartment ( it needs maintenance because it doesn’t cool ), the shower doesn’t have doors and the bathroom gets all wet. I DONT RECOMMEND IT

La propiedad está cerca a la estación de trenes Sants y no tan lejos de paseo de Gracia (20 minutos a pie), sin embargo hay mucho ruido por las noches de los demás inquilinos y necesita renovar y dar mantenimiento.

La propiedad está céntrica si estás por la zona de la estación Sants y plaza de España. Y estás a unos 20 minutos a pie a paseo de Gracia. La propiedad necesita algo renovación y lo que sí es un tema es el ruido por las noches, ya que varios de los pisos los rentan a jóvenes que llegan haciendo ruido por las madrugadas.
