The spa was a perfect antidote for throbbing feet and aching body after a day of walking. The staff was beyond kind and helpful. We had our best meals in the restaurants around the hotel. Public transportation is easily accessible and main attractions are walkable. Highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a glorious stay!

The staff are friendly and location is good. There's a bus stop across the street. The room needs some updating. There was issues in my room but the front desk immediately notified maintenance and resolved the issue immediately.

Outstanding accommodation

This is perhaps the best hotel we have ever stayed. Spacious clean quiet room with super comfy bed. A bookable and free spa, sauna, steam room in the basement. Excellent bar and discounted dining, huge and varied complimentary breakfast. Centrally located and walkable to all attractions or hoho bus. Friendly and informative staff with special mention of Mirela who helped us with a smile on many occasions.

Nice enough hotel but there was a cockroach in my bathroom, which is just not acceptable in a 4 star hotel in a major city like Barcelona. The staff were very casual when I reported it and even suggested I had left a window open (I hadn't and the bathroom is at the opposite end of the room from the windows). I also thought it was a bit cheeky to be told I wasn't charged for a mere 1 hour late checkout because of the cockroach. It really tainted the stay as I was constantly checking the room for more cockroaches. One disappointment with the suite itself is that the sitting room was tiny with only a chair for one. Not really worth it. The room was otherwise comfortable and on the plus side the hot tub and shower with bodyjets were awesome. Breakfast was really good as was the restaurant.
