The reception and room staff was always nice and helpful. The restaurant staff, however, seemed to always be in a hurry for someone else. Hard to get waited on and then they didn't deliver one of our parties dinner at all. They had to go make it when we got their attention. Did not offer dessert. Some of the wait staff was very cordial but others needed a course in how to work with the public. Food was good!!

We arrived before check-in and were able to still check in to our rooms. The hotel was quiet and clean and the staff were very helpful. We also loved that there was a shuttle to the airport at the time we needed it.

Really enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again when traveling in or out of the Barcelona airport. Lovely hotel room with everything we could want plus breakfast was delicious! The free airport shuttle was frequent and so helpful.

Beautiful hotel minutes from airport. Shady individuals hanging in the hotel felt very unsafe. Second day there I saw a armed guard. But at night there was no guard and the shady individuals were there.

We were welcomed warmly and check in was great. They even let us in the room prior to check in which we appreciated very much. From there it was not so great. Only 1 working elevator. Upon entering our room, a very strong smell of a Lysol like cleaner greeted us. The room came to a comfortable temperature fairly quickly. Lots of usb plugs which was nice. The bed was super firm. There is no door on the bathroom so if someone makes it stinky, the entire room is stinky. We were in an industrial area and did not realize one of our windows was open so we had odd smells in the room all night. Also the shower has no door, no shelves. Very minimalist. I feel more attention was put on design rather than the needs of a traveler. It was not a place I would want to stay more than 1 night.
