"It was a pleasant and unexpected surprise for a hotel near the Florence airport. The feeling was luxurious. I was given an unsolicited upgrade to the room. The view was picturesque.
Breakfast was included and their restaurant area is just as luxurious.
Everything went well except that the hotel holds events and that evening they had some event that involved loud music until very late. Sleepless night. There was no air conditioning in the hotel because it is not turned on until June, I was told....
