"Overall, we had a good stay. The welcome was kind and friendly, and we appreciated the effort to make us feel comfortable from the start.
The setting is charming, with decor that feels truly authentic and thoughtfully done, giving the place a warm and unique character. However, there are a few things to be aware of. The walls between rooms are quite thin, so noise travels easily — we could clearly hear our neighbor snoring during the night. The bed was okay, but not the most comfortable we’ve...

"Everything was wonderful. I would suggest you knowing a little Italian before you go to Italy, but the accommodations were just up to my expectations. The staff was wonderful. The cleaning ladies were wonderful and the buffet in the morning was just what I needed. I would definitely go back and stay there and recommend it to my family and friends. It’s in a great location to go to all the smaller cities around it and you can either walk or take the tram for less than two dollars."

"Absolutely loved my stay and wish I stayed in Florence longer than I did to enjoy the hotel. Loved the location as it was two stops on the tram from the train station then you hop right off the tram and cross the street and boom, you there. The vibe was amazing, so many great spots to work around the grounds, it had a little cafe, restaurant, roof top pool/bar, a co-working area (that I fully took advantage of) and even a tattoo parlor. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat and I can’t wait to do just that. Don’t even think about it and book it."
"The hotel is right in the city center, so makes it convenient for walking everywhere. Rooms were clean and the best part was the staff. Francesca, Victor, and everyone else was so kind. They gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and helped me when my mom got sick due to the heat outside. They called cans for us and were so very kind, the best part of the experience. The hotel could use a more modern TV system and it is an older hotel but rooms were clean and breakfast was very good, the breakfast staff was very friendly. I would stay there again!"
"We stayed for a week in July 2026. The hotel was recently refurbished so everything is new. It was the middle of a heat wave and the aircon was fantastic, almost too cold (but the staff can adjust further if needed). The family room was spacious for the three of us. The usual amenities are available - but they provided a steamer rather than ironing board and iron (I have not asked if this was available). Has USB A and USB C charging ports in the room. It has lift access so no lugging suitcases (although only 3 floors). The hotel is not locally centrally in Florence but close to the train station (~10min walk). Quiet at night, no issue with noise at all. Florence is so walkable so this is not a concern to us. It has a tram station close by if you would prefer to use the tram to access the airport, and taxi to airport is <40 Euros. Breakfast area and choices are compact/limited but sufficient. Pamela at the front desk was extremely helpful - she would tell you where to go for the non-touristy restaurants (and best gelato). We really appreciated her guidance. Ovreall a good experience and we would recommend if the location is convenient to you."
"Amazing hotel. Has an elegant antique ambience. Rooms were cleaned daily. Very close to the Train Station, Santa Maria Novella, and central market. AC worked amazing. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Would stay there again."
"Spacious room junior suite. Nice to have option of 2 swimming pools
Unfortunately spa facilities not available when we stayed in July 2026. Looks like opened recently so still scaling up. Overall staff friendly and helpful. It is around 20-25 mins from Florence centre costs around 30eiroa each way but faorly easy to get can from main stn and a few taxi ranks in centre . Worth staying to save on monies compared to city hotels"
"Good location. Travel family of 4. If you only need basics it is perfect. Breakfast was a surprise, it was fresh and good overall. Enjoyed to stay there just for sleeping."
"Well located hotel within central Florence in easy reach of the airport and main train station. Our red garden room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel has nice spaces to relax with a large courtyard garden. We didn’t try the restaurant."
"An exceptionally special stay. Beautifully appointed rooms with views over a garden so stunning I’d stay here just to visit it. Staff at the top of their game and the restaurant… sigh. Just book it."
