"The staff were lovely, the room was spacious and very clean. If I had to find fault all I could say would be that the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak The food was really great, good buffet breakfast with freshly ground coffee. The evening meal was delicious, good choice for vegitarians. A walk to the ruined Bishops Palace next door was a great. Amazing riuns lota of the old building to explore. The Hotel is set waway from main roads etc and was very peacfull and quiet. "

We visited during the Tenby Ironman weekend, and the experience couldn’t have been better. The host was outstanding, warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about both the local area and the Ironman event itself. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, sharing great tips and guidance that really enhanced our visit. Breakfast is included, and while we couldn’t enjoy it in the usual setting due to our 5:30 a.m. start, the host thoughtfully prepared a to-go breakfast bag for us. It was packed with fresh fruit, drinks, and snacks to keep us going throughout the long day, such a kind and practical touch that really made a difference. Overall, the combination of excellent hospitality, immaculate rooms, and thoughtful little extras made our stay truly memorable. Whether you’re in Tenby for an event like Ironman or just for a relaxing break, this hotel is an absolute gem, I couldn’t recommend it more highly!"

"Lovely location, host Mark was very accommodating, very responsive. Only niggle was the dated home, furnishings and the cleanliness of the property. We had no cleaning products so had to purchase our own, & no hoover in a dog friendly property is very poor in my opinion. Though mark did explain this was due to Someone stealing it, i feel that a down deposit would benefit this issue in the future. We hope the home was left to a high standards. "
