"Very comfortable apartment in central location.We arrived at the property and couldn’t get in. This was very traumatic after we had been driving all day. Stayz was apparently supposed to send us the code to the key box but didn’t. After much difficulty due to codes which kept expiring after 20 seconds we managed to contact the property manager who supplied us with the lock box code. I would be reluctant to book through Stayz again. Airbnb much more efficient."

"The photos of this property do not match. On arrival the building had broken glass taped up, no direction where to find a key, no support with trying to contact for help. Car park had people being erratic. Room itself smelt of smokers. The bed was ruffled. The bottom sheet not ironed. Paint was coming off the walls in the rooms. "Property was clean, having a boat pontoon was great, it’s why we chose. Boat ramp next street over, so really close to put in and out. Quite neighbourhood.
