"The room was exceptional amidst the lack of firmness of the mattress and terribly soft pillows. The staff were pleasant, courteous and very accommodating. Breakfast was a plain 5/10..eggs, naah n oj ..yuck.... accommodations were a 8/10 pool great, hot tub great and gym useful"

"Customer service was extremely poor. Rashheda was fabulous getting me in early, but that’s it. The amenities were terrible.. one pack of coffee, one sugar and one creamer and that’s all you get in your room. Are you kidding me? You turn on the heater or the air conditioner it’s so loud that you have to turn it off or you can’t hear the TV… no outlets in the bathroom when you’re getting ready to go somewhere. Extremely poor customer service… people weren’t nice people weren’t helpful. I would never staythere again."

"I wish the restaurant were open 7 days a week. I think it is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Our room was clean, just needing a little updating. We've been staying at Wyndham for 16 years and have seen a decline. The food is excellent. Overall, I do recommend it. "

"Warning to anyone with a service animal, know your rights under the Americans with disabilities act. I was told I have to let them know I have a service dog BEFORE arriving.(THAT IS FALSE! ) She told me I must have a certification card that shows my service dog is trained and registered. (THAT IS COMPLETELY FALSE!) The Americans with disabilities act says that a hotel\motel can NOT ask for ANY certification of any kind. She told me they put people with service animals in specific rooms that they designated for animals. (That is a violation of your rights!) The ACT says that people with service animals MUST be put in the same rooms as people without service animals. I'm the 5 minutes that I spoke to her, she violated so many of my rights. Any of the things she said could be grounds for a lawsuit against them for violating my rights as defined in the Americans with disabilities act. The next morning when checking out I spoke to the gentleman that owns the motel, and told him what happened, he was much easier to talk to and we discussed what transpired. Know your rights! Service animals are not pets, they are federally protected medical necessities. Besides that, our stay was great. "

"Everythig was good except there was a foul smell in the hallway and that was very unpleasant."

"The hotel and staff were very nice. One complaint is the beds were incredibly hard. I always heard Hilton Hotels had amazingly comfortable mattresses, but these beds were hard as a rock. I spent 2 nights there and my back is killing me, and I barely slept."

"Clean, big, and comfy room! Great breakfast and super clean. We loved the gym, pool, and basketball court, and the fire pit outside was really nice! "
