"Shuttle service is available on every hour and there is no Shuttle service to Terminal 2 . Apart from that, poor maintenance is another thing, you may face. Breakfast food service is great."

"What i liked: The hotel itself offers a fantastic experience. The service is excellent, and the check-in and check-out processes were completely smooth despite the hotel being crowded. Cleanliness is top-notch, and the food options across the property are amazing. What i didn't like: The water park experience was awful and completely overshadowed our stay. It is heavily overpriced, which clearly inflates the overall room rates. It is marketed for kids, but they refuse to accommodate basic toddler needs. Security confiscated the baby food we brought for our 1 and 3-year-olds, even though no venue inside sells baby-friendly food. The manager, Zeeshan, was incredibly unhelpful and unsupportive, only letting us bring in a tiny fraction of the food. Later, security told us that if we wanted to feed our children the rest of their meal, we had to take them outside to eat in the intense Dubai heat before coming back inside. In 11 years of living in Dubai, I have never experienced such terrible customer service. Avoid if you have young children."
