My favourite hotel in Bangkok. Been coming here 6 years and watched the place grow and evolve. Lovely gym and swimming pool on the roof. Great location, friendly staff. Couldn't ask for more.

Worst hotel in our stay in Thailand. Not recommended for tourists. Too far away from everything. Unsafe, dirty and noisy surroundings. We killed a big insect in the bathroom. AC very noisy. We would hear a lot of noise coming from the street. Not good experience.

Hidden in a local area
The closest MRT subway station is about a 25 minute walk away. This hotel is hidden in a local area with many local restaurants and shops. The rooms are big, clean, good wifi, and daily housekeeping. The swimming pool and gym on the roof are excellent. This hotel also has long-term apartment rooms available. The only complaint I have is that there is carpet in the rooms, which is hard to clean and may collect dust which bothers people with allergies. I also saw some stains in the carpet that I guess the maids can't clean.

Hotel is pretty good, it's got a great rooftop pool and spa, Location not so good, it's in the small streets of Bangkok, pretty hard to find. Not so good for me as my thai is limited. On the plus side, taxi are widely available.

Good clean cheap place but hidden
I stayed here for a few weeks and I am overall pleased at this hotel. Pros: cheap rates, clean rooms, daily housekeeping that changes everything even sheets, 2 free bottled waters each day, excellent pool, decent gym. Cons: Takes about 20+ minutes to walk to the nearest MRT which is Rama 9, limited shuttle hours to take you to Rama 9, wifi is ok but they give you two usernames and passcodes and you will get logged out frequently, the area is filled with narrow roads where motorbikes and cars may run pedestrians off the road, lots of local shops and eateries with limited English. It is difficult for taxis to find this place, it is kind of hidden. The restaurant here at the hotel is good. Long term apartments also available. Friendly staff. I would stay here again.

Value for money
Perfect for a four night stopover. Good local food, escpecially a Thai bbq fish stall near the back of the hotel. Large rooms, sparsely furnished. The best thing is the fantastic 25meter rooftop pool and and gym facilities, excellent views for the after workout drink.!

Great facilities and location, value for money.
Had a great stay at this hotel, so much so I added extra nights. It is a little way down some backstreets but only ten mins from the MRT station and shopping malls, if you time it right there's limited free tuk tuk provided by the hotel but once you've got your bearings it's only ten minutes walk if that. Most of the staff could speak enough English to communicate well with me as my Thai is little to non, and they were always happy to help. The pool and gym are excellent and it's the tallest building in the small area so offers great views of the city. I've stuggled to find anywhere to match the value for money. The backstreets are narrow and there's lots of traffic on them, mainly motorbikes so you need to keep you eyes open and stay safe. The hotel can give you a card with a little map, their address and contact no. which makes getting a taxi back so much easier. Awesome place that's quiet enough to relax but near enough that getting about the city isn't a drag. I will probably stay here again. The rooms are a little dated but big, massive beds, clean. Everything worked as it should, fridge,aircon, kettle,tv. Free instant coffee and water everyday, toothbrush a nice touch. Nothing to complain about for me

The swimming pool was great. The room was cleaned everything day. The staff was very kind and helpful. Motorbike taxi service was good. New staff in the restaurant were poor with English communication.

Excellent Western style breakfast. Rooms are very clean. Swimming pool and sport gym are great. Didn’t like dishes left on the floor outside rooms in the hallway on 10th floor.

Very nice & fantastic Swimming pool. Room is quite clean. Environment is quite quiet, we can sleep well. We can request for early check in also. But a bit difficult to take taxi, location is some of the taxi driver don’t know. Tuk tuk service is only select time. Outside have a lot of street food. Quite tasteful. 😊😊

Hidden gem
Hotel in a very local area not far from Phra Rama9 station. Lots of local eateries,street food and places to drink. Central Plaza and Esplanade shopping malls are within easy walk. Rot fai evening market is good fun place for food and bars and wandering around. The hotel rooftop has an excellent 25mt pool and gym and bar, perfect for evening sunset drinks. A real find !!

The food wasn’t too good and the showers were permanently set to mist mode which i do not like. I slept well and it was not expensive.

Great pool and breakfast buffet.
Stayed here for the rooftop pool which is great for laps. The breakfast is all you can eat buffet with everything we needed. The hotel does offer free tuk tuk ride to the MRT station but the time schedule is very limited, only available in very early morning and from 5:30-7:30 pm every half hour. The room is a bit outdated with old carpet.

Nice swimming pool, gym and facilities on roof.. close to everything... old rooms... doors and bed need attention.. can hear everything in hotel and a lot of people slam doors because they need maintenance... non smoking hotel and had neighbors smoking next to me and stunk.. told hotel they didn't really care until I got angry.. breakfast was always cold... I only stayed because it was close to gf's work

The location is not so great, but the room was actually bigger than the picture, the food was delicious and the swimming pool was awesome. However room service wasn't convincing and there is only hair dryer in the swimming pool. Overall I enjoyed my stay there.

At first I had my doubts about this place but the longer I stayed the more I enjoyed it. My daughter loved the rooftop pool in the evening and I enjoyed a couple of beers at the pleasant bar. The room is a decent size. The restaurant gives excellent portions. There are a couple of good street food places nearby and a free shuttle service to the MRT.

Pretty nice hotel
Loved the hotel and the people that work there. The restaurant has amazing food. The pool was to die for. You can see all of Bangkok from the roof. The bad part was how uncomfortable the bed was.

Pool, gym were great, but just
Pool, gym were excellent. The 2 bed room with king & queen bed was huge and more than we expected. There was a small kitchen but no cooking kits or microwave, but we ate out all our meal. Hygiene was no question and good. The apartment location and accessibility to MRT, BTS were the only thing we gave less point on. The neighborhood was deep in local only and long term stay expats who has no problem communication in Thai. The small roads surrounding the apartment were interesting but somehow not too friendly feeling compared to my other experience in the near neighborhood. It's only 5min walk to Rama 9 road and can take a taxi anytime. It was bit too advanced for us and could speak more Thai, we would definitely stay again. Pool was really really good.

The main entrance lobby is towards the rear of the building under the car port area, not very obvious on first arrival unless you drive inside. Warm friendly staff who explained amenities and services available. Took elevator upstairs, the building is older and there have been renovations made, but not in all parts. It has been redecorated but not all fitting and fixtures are modern. However this being said, it is very clean and tidy and huge effort has been put in to make it more contemporary. A huge super king size bed awaited us, and a very comfortable nights sleep was had throughout the holiday. The rooms are not really sound insulated, so was disturbed at times by other guests coming and going. There was food available in the restaurant and bar, a mix of Thai and western dishes, but these were rather expensive compared to eating out, which we did more often than not. It is located near two large shopping malls and the MRT, so was easily accessible to the rest of the city. A great feature is the roof swimming pool, terrace and gym. Was fantastic to go up there and enjoy the sunshine, Sunday's and have a dip in the salt water pool to cool off. Brilliant, brilliant brilliant and gave us that opportunity to relax whilst still in the hustle and bustle of a huge city. Great views all round too!

A basic hotel with a great pool
The hotel is situated in a residential neighborhood, and can be a bit hard to find for the unprepared. There are some small kiosks and restaurants around, and a major shopping center within ca. 20 minutes walk (or a short tuk tuk ride). The room was basic, but spacious. Bedsheets were clean, aircon and TV worked, etc. Wifi was fine, though for it you need (free) 10-hour vouchers from the reception. If you run out, you can always ask for more. The best feature was the big swimming pool on top of the building. There is an adjacent gym, which is enough for basic exercise. There was occasionally some noise during the night and early morning, due to doors slamming shut. It was that the old doors were especially noisy, not the residents. All in all, a minor issue. This hotel is good for a cost-conscious traveler, who likes to do some light physical exercise regularly. From the Phra Rama 9 subway station, it is easy to reach Sukhumvit, skytrain etc.

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Un rooftop avec une grande piscine, un bar, restaurant, massages. Une vraie salle de sport complète. Des chambres spacieuses et propres. Un personnel très sympathique. J'y vais chaque année depuis 2016 et la question ne se pose plus pour trouver l'hébergement à Bangkok. Je recommande à 100 % !

Great rooftop area
Witchuwan is located in mainly a residential neighborhood and can be a bit hard to find. They run a limited tuk tuk service to the nearest MRT station and Shopping center. It is a budget hotel with basic, spacy rooms. The wifi worked well. Staff is friendly. Their Thai food is good and very reasonably priced. The main reason to choose this hotel is the rooftop area with a great 25m pool, good gym, and bar area - very nice throughout the day and for an evening sunset drink with some great views. Also, try out the many street food options near the hotel, where you can get some tasty local food. Some weak points are the noise pollution, as the building is a basic concrete structure without any noise protection measures, basic rooms including short beds.

Gutes Hotel
Super Pool, Zimmer war groß genug und sauber leider kamen iwo Ameisen ins Zimmer beschränkte sich aber zum Glück auf einzelne, also nicht so schlimm.

日本のビジネスホテルレベルは期待しないで
タイやらアジアでの生活が長い人には良いホテルですが、日本のビジネスホテルに慣れた人には不衛生で不便なホテルと感じるかもらしれません。 スタッフの対応は良いです。それとプールやジム面白い雰囲気を持っています。

Hotel mit guter Lage inkl. Poolbereich
Entspannte Tage im Stadtviertel Din Daeng von Bangkok. Das Personal war durchweg zuvorkommend und darauf bedacht, den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Nach einem "anstrengenden" Tag in der Millionen Metropole (Shoppen, Sightseeing etc.) kann man am Pool oder beim saunieren entspannen. Sofern es notwendig ist kann man auch im Hotel eigenen "Spa" Bereich Massagen buchen. Auf dem Nachtmarkt "Night Market Ratchada" ganz in der Nähe gibt es für die Hungrigen und Nachtschwärmer viel zu erleben. Wer mit der MRT fahren möchte kann sich zur Haltestelle Phra Ram 9 per Taxi oder Motorrad fahren lassen. Von hieraus sind es nur ein paar Haltestellen zum Lumphini Park oder zur Anschlussstelle BTS.

ジムもプールもこの値段の割にはあり得ないほどキレイでした!駅からは少しとおいいけど、毎回タイに行くと泊まっている宿泊先です!一度試して見るのもいいと思います

Hyvä yöhön tai kahteen
Syrjäinen paikka, takseja sai neuvoa. Hotelli kulunut mutta siisti. Perhehuone tilava. Äänet kuuluu käytävältä huoneisiin, perhehuoneessa saa makuuhuoneen oven kiinni joka vaimentaa äänet. Siivous joka päivä. Hyvä yön tai kahden ajaksi, ei pidempiaikaiseen asumiseen. Ei parvekkeita, kalterit ikkunoissa. Allasalue katolla kiva, aurinkoa koko päivän.
