The service and pool area at this hotel are great. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help us, but the room was very dark with no plugs for phones near the bed, and while looking for outlets it was obvious that the place was not super clean.

Amazing and weird at the same time! This was our 4th location in Thailand and it was chosen because it's close to the airport, which it is, and offers airport shuttle service. But our experience left a bit to be desired... it feels a bit like a hoarders' resort, a bit cluttered when looking at all the antiques but the villa was GREAT! Very spacious and the bedroom/pagoda was incredible!! The food was very hit and miss, our airport transfers were total opposites... pick-up was damn near disastrous while drop off went smoothly. Some might be put off by the airport and freeway noise but it had NO impact on our rest... slept wonderfully! And earplugs are provided in case you need them (we didn't). Wonderful little private pool, private yard, and great lakeside view! The swans are lovely... although noisy (we didn't mind them).

This was undoubtedly the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. To make matters worse it was our honeymoon and coincidentally the last night of our trip which only made the situation that much horrible. The hotel in itself is completely dated and in need of a remodel stat. That was our first impression, but we decided to look past that and enjoy our stay. So, we decided to try a massage since it was our last night and it was miserable! For starters you could hear not only the planes taking off over us like every 2 mins, but you could also here all the outside traffic. My wife couldn’t relax! On top of that the massage therapists were a poor excuse of a massage therapist. The lack of effort was unbearable. We had scheduled a 90 min and within 5 mins told them to knock it down to 60. The icing on the cake was the 2 hours of sleep we got that night. Every 10-15 mins planes would take off and you could hear them just as clear as if you were on the runway yourself. We even tried using the ear plugs and it still sounded as if someone was about to crash into our room. We finally got shut eye at 2:30 am and had to wake up at 4:30 am for our 27 hour flight back to US. What a great way to end our honeymoon huh? I think not. Reconsider this hotel please. I completely understand that the hotel is right next to the airport but that shouldn’t matter. I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels right next to airports and have been able to have a good nights sleep.

Beautiful place. Great employees!
This resort is close to airport and a bit pricey. We stayed here because of the uniqueness of the place. I probably would not stay again but do not regret my choice to stay here this one time. It was very clean and has the nicest employees i have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy with their service. The breakfast bar was plentiful with a good selection of Thai/American food. Lunch however was very expensive. $45 usd for two hamburgers with fries. Went without dinner to save money. The pools are very clean and serene with a small waterfall that drowns out the noise of the airport. It is not close to anything so unless you want to take a taxi ride 45 minutes away then you are pretty much stuck but it is a nice place to recover from jetlag before heading out on your Thai Adventure. My daughter absolutely loved the comfort of the bedding and I loved the art and the kindness of the employees. We are ashamed that we did not research what Thai money is worth until after we left the resort. We sadly tipped the lovely waiters and waitresses 20 bht which equals out to 63 U.S cents. Feeling very ashamed!

Awesome stay!
Amazing stay. This resort is very very close to Suvarnabhumi Intl. Airport, literally 5 minutes ride. The resort provides free shuttle service to airport. The resort has its own restaurant that has fairly good choice of food items including Western food like burgers and fries. My villa had its own pool which is a small pool but good enough to sit and relax in it. There is a mall close by (Paseo mall). You can take a taxi to the mall that has 24 hrs. McDonald's. There is many other shops and restaurants in that mall. There is also a 7-11 store at walking distance from this resort. Overall my stay was excellent, and I'll stay here again.

Got this room for my daughter for quick stay before catching a flight out. Hotel staff were so helpful and attentive! Even with a lady in the restaurant that was being rude to a staff member for no good reason they were still good. The hotel itself could not have been more beautiful. She had a great experience.

An Enchanting Property with Spacious Villas.
The property is amazing. Rich in Asian culture. The grounds are even more enchanting after dark, with lighting accentuating every feature. The staff are over-the-top friendly and courteous, making sure your every need is attended to. Restaurant cuisine is authentic and well presented. Only issues is the constant noise from take-offs and landing at the nearby airport and the mosquitoes.

This is a very quirky hotel built around a lake, It would not be out of place on a Disney resort, because or it’s horse theme which has been carried out with a great attention to detail, the ambiance is great, staff are great ( mostly) Restaurant is great, rooms are great and general facilities are good. If it was in any other location it would be booked solid well into the future. However someone either put it at the end of The runway for Bangkoks International Airport or build an airport next door afterwards- either way Plane noise is a big problem. Unfortunately this has an effect on occupancy and I would guess was about 25% while I was there. So when asked if I could have 4 hour late check out for a late flight home, I was surprised to have to pay 50% of the standard room rate. Normally when hotels are on low occupancy they go out of there way to keep the guests they have as happy as possible and hope they write nice things on places like this. When they sting their existing customers they don’t write nice things and don’t go back!

Wow.
Wow. Was just trying to get close to the airport. Wound up getting a first class visit to a museum and architectual lesson in one of the most unique hotels anywhere in the world I have been. Amazing place with authentic antique Thai style together with modern conveniences. Rooms are crazy big. Service was equally extraordinary. My biggest complaint is its close proximity to the airport, LOL (the very reason I chose it).

It’s like staying in a castle! The room was HUGE!!! It has nice outdoor seating area as well. The pool is lovely and the food was good. The only downside is that it’s an island; meaning - there is absolutely nothing within walking distance, so you must eat here and occupy yourself or you can take a taxi into Bangkok. The airplanes fly right overhead, but you hardly hear them in your room.

Property is only a 5 minute drive to BKK airport and hotel provides transportation! The property and rooms have very unique Asian decor almost like a museum, a bit over the top for a commuter hotel. Unfortunately, there is nothing to do near by, traffic is so heavy getting to anywhere in town would be an hour taxi drive as hotel does not provide any shuttling to town, felt trapped with no where to go or no other food options but hotel.
