Direct view of the Indian ocean from the bed in the mornings and evening is breathtaking. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Request for a "devilled chicken" to have with a cold Lion beer. "Great location. A few meters away from the street. Decent size room , big bathroom. NO bed sheet to cover yourself with; only blanket. Very welcoming host. The kitchen on rooftop was great for the view but very filthy sink. Of course certain people do not clean after themselves. I recommend the maid cleans everyday. Overall great stay"

"Such a lovely hotel, situated on a quiet, beautiful beach. All staff here and at the sister hotel a short walk away were amazing, with a special mention to Rosin and Nedmina (sorry I couldn’t quite remember your full name!) We loved being able to swim in the sea just outside and walking along the beach. A great, comfortable base for exploring the South Coast. Lovely food too-eating on the beach was a real treat!"

"This is a newer property in Unawatuna so I was hesitant. But this place was phenomenal. The room was so nice, very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay, including a small kitchen and even a washer. It's close enough to all the local attractions, but located just far enough away from the main road to be very quiet. Good restaurant options nearby, 24 hour pool, and 25 hour security. Wifi is fast and the AC works great. The only thing that would improve this place would be if breakfast...
