"The checking-in process is not well coordinated and the booking was a mess. St Nomad Hospitality said it was cross booked between Traveloka and Expedia. I’m totally unhappy about it. Secondly, the St Nomad person contacted and pestered for deposit and other cost day and night prior checking in. Again, this experience was unnecessary and certainly didn’t expect from Expedia bookings. "Very strick with their check in time . Even if room is available they would let you check in before 3 pm Rooms need little renovation. There was no drinking glass in the room, so hand towels"

"Room is fairly large, cleanliness is okay, staff were just average (not what you'd expect from a 4 star and famous chain like Oakwood). Location is not very convenient except if you want proximity to Gleneagles hospital which is about 1.4km away."
