"Wonderful stay at Villa Baan Anna. 3 great double en-suite bedrooms and a smaller twin made for a perfect set up for our friendship group on our short but fantastic stay at the Villa. Team were on hand via WhatsApp to assist with massage, chefs,a tuktuk driver and booking trips. Pool cleaned and villa cleaned daily.fresh ice and water always on hand. The villa is a great location for visiting railay, ao nang and local attractions. The kitchen is tired in design, the lounge sofas not...

"The villa was amazing, a lovely big size, pool was a lovely temperature even for a morning swim. Prakong the manager was very kind and was able to help with all our needs and our lift to Ao Nang. The villa was very well kept and clean. If we come back to this area we will definitely not hesitate to book the villa again! "The property manager, Ms. Prakong was very proactive in helping. She communicated with us when we would arrive. She checked us in once we arrived and made sure everything in the home was up to standards. She helped us book different outings like kayaking, hiking the Tiger Cave Temple, massages, and transportation to our next area. She was definitely very helpful. The house and pool were very beautiful and nicely kept. I would definitely recommend this place. "

"The hotel is decent.. Rooms are nice and clean. Aircondition works although a little slow. And the staff is very friendly. The shower has the same pressure as a old man with prostate problems, the street that the hotel is on is full of extremely loud motor vehicles of all kind. "

"The staff at the reception was really nice. On our first night (3rd floor) we heard a lot of noise from above (like a cat or something). We couldn’t sleep at all but thanks to the staff we could move to the 2nd floor. Everything else was okey…you have a little Night market nearby. We always paid for the transport to the ao nang beach. "Pictures are exactly like the listing. It’s tucked away on an end street so it’s quiet and peaceful and only a few minute drive to Ao Nong Beach. The property manager had a book with so much detailed information from tours, restaurants, grocery, motorbike rental etc. Property is really well maintained and very cleaned, and it’s a great place for kids to run around which is what we were primarily looking for. Felt very luxurious!"
