"The staff was awesome and the breakfast was top notch. The hotel location was also perfect for everything being accessible for the public transit systems. "

"Everything was perfect except the shower. It wa difficult to regulate. So do not misunderstand me. It was hard to find the perfect position between hot and cold as moving 1mm makes a big difference. But once it was done, the shower was very good. I write this as feedback as you may not be aware of this.

"The location is very good, directly connected with both BTS Asoak, and Metro Sukhumvit, and the shopping mall Terminal 21. You can get the trains avoiding the heavy rain in Bangkok.
The hotel is new, modern, sophisticated with pool, gym and spa and garden, the breakfast had a lot of choice and very good.

"A return to our Bangkok home at the traditional Landmark did not disappoint and following our previous reviews, we are back again. Still undergoing renovation in sections, the new works around the central atrium look splendid. Check in was conducted at club level and off to our room on the 27th floor near to the lifts. Unfortunately a room issue led to a quick room change to a bigger room, but well handled by the club reception. The transfer to the premium corner club room was spacious and had all the usual amenities you’d expect from the Landmark with great views across the Bangkok skyline.
The lobby is again closed for renovations, so pedestrian entry/exit is via the new eateries atrium, much easier than before. Taxi drop offs are at the side of the hotel. The hotel features the London style bar, now in an open plan “Quad” area but also includes a new bakery, Italian outlet, burger outlet, and Greenhouse local food restaurant, this one being open conveniently 24 hours a day. We tried the latter, extremely tasty curries, great early hours service and reasonably priced for a hotel. I can only imagine that when the renovations are complete, the lobby will likely look just as amazing.
Staff here are just perfect, especially on the club floor.
We will be back in January 2026.
