5 Star Staff. The staff at this hotel is excellent They helped with anything they could. The staff at the restaurant was very attentive and the front desk staff helped me get my laundry done and arranged pick up service. These are all normal things, but the care that they took in doing it was above normal. The hotel is nice as well. It is as you see in the pictures. My only issue was that one the electrical sockets didn't work in my room but they provided an extension cord so that I could work at ny desk. The internet is good enough here as well t's not blazing fast but it's not slow. 1 appreciated the location as well. l've stayed in another place in Bangkok where there were too many people soliciting me as I walked out of my hotel. All in all I'll stay here again.

I requested for pillows that were fuller/firm and was told they had none. The room was poorly sound proofed, you can hear the neighbours talking, open/close doors etc. The wifi in the room was erratic to say the least, it kept going off. Some rooms face the highway directly and are noisy.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Bangkok. The BTS Asoke station is easily accessible via the Exchange Tower building next door. Just ride up the escalator to the skywalk. No need to hike up those steep concrete stairways! 7-Eleven is next door and there's a Foodland down the block. Soi Cowboy and Terminal 21 are right across the street. Easy and convenient!
