The bedroom heating and the electric bathroom towel rail didn't respond to the controls so both rooms were cold. This means it’s not as expensive as other hotels in the area, but you get excellent, quiet comfortable rooms- larger than lots we’ve paid more for. Would recommend wholeheartedly."

"Great location, we used the Castle Hill car park, that was a 15 minute walk, but cheaper. Before going, I checked that I could leave our baggage in reception and the response was quick and helpful. The rooms were lovely and spacious for the three of us. All the extra’s, like body wash, shampoo etc smelt lovely. Nice to have decent toilet roll. Loved the kitchen with the dishwasher, fridge & coffee machine. Would definitely stay again."
