If you are looking for a comfortable homely place to stay while in Ballarat, this is it.

This two bedroom recently renovated apartment, offers a modern kitchen and updated bathroom. There is an open plan kitchen / living area, with dining at the kitchen bench.

Two spacious bedroom each with a closet make your stay an enjoyable and comfortable one.

Approximately 2 kms to city centre.

The entire dwelling is yours to enjoy as you please.

I will give you your own space. Please feel free to call or text me for anything you may need during your stay.

Laundromat 500m away.
Restaurant / coffee shop 1 km away.

Driving in Ballarat is simple and easy. An undercover car space is provided for your parking on site.
Any bedwetting stains on mattress or linens will be charged at $100 per stay.
