"The staff were very friendly and helpful. After returning to our room after going out realised the window was broken, it wouldn't close and was lose at the top. Spoke to reception and found us another room. The second room window didn't open at all but at least didn't hear all the noise from outside."

"I made a request weeks before my stay; for a room in the main hotel building for my birthday. As didn't want to be placed in the annex next to car park,, I was once placed there before, and was very cramped, dark and noisy,.. So when I checked in I was told there was only room in the annex.. The hotel had ignored my messages I forwarded to them.. My 2 nights were very noisy, Someone banged on the window early hours of the morning. I had left my towels on the floor as soaking wet to be changed, but they were just left on radiator. I had to go to reception to change them, I had no apology. My birthday ruined, I was very upset,I won't return."
