My husband and myself were very satisfied. Our room was clean with a comfortable bed. Our guest in the other room was very unhappy and should have asked for another room. The bathroom was up an internal flight of stairs ( not ideal at 80+) and the shower, which had no door, had no curtain so he felt unable to shower.

Room was very clean. The room has a lot of charm. Center of town . A little odd way of checking in inside of the burrito place, but unusual isn't necessarily bad. Had a nice sized fridge. Working AC/Heating. Good size TV screen. WiFi was good. Very comfortable bed.

Beautiful room, lovely bathroom. Service was excellent and really helpful and accommodating. Was my boyfriend’s birthday celebration and they gave us a complimentary bottle of wine which was so nice. Great location. Parking too which is great in Hitchin. Loved there was a kettle and tea facilities. Will definitely stay again.

Took a while to get my key from the burrito place. The room was nice enough but i struggled the sleep as there was a cigarette smoke smell coming from the landing. In the morning i had to step over a man sleeping outside my room with cigarette butts and ash all over. If I had seen him the night before this would have scared me for sure. I did message the hotel about the smell that evening, on the number they supplied, but no reply. Won't stay again as they leave the doors to the hallways open.

We had a short break at the hotel and we would recommend staying here. The rooms are spacious and clean with the convenience of being in the centre of Hitchin. The staff cannot do enough for you and we would book to come to the hotel again.
