"We had an incredible holiday at Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos! From the moment we arrived, every staff member made us feel welcome. The breakfast team, pool bar servers, housekeeping, and Kids Club staff were all exceptional. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay memorable. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. The rooms are new, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day in the sun. One of our favourite things was the pool. The water temperature was perfect, and there was always something happening, with plenty of entertainment throughout the day and evening for both adults and kids. It created such a fun atmosphere without ever feeling overwhelming. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better family holiday. Thank you to the entire Hard Rock Los Cabos team for making our stay so special. We would absolutely love to come back!"
