"Hotel was one of the few in the area on the beach. However, all rooms, mine included did not have a beach view. Shops and dining was within walking distance. Included breakfast was very good with many options to choose from. I would rate the hotel a 3.5 stars."

"We had a great time staying at the place. There is a brewery serving nice brews and food attached to it. Staff were warm and welcoming and Alejandro was available if any issues. Veronica and Victoria the ladies who did the breakfast and made the rooms were warm, friendly and left personal touches to the room which was touching. We had a great time there and will thoroughly recommend the place "

"Breakfast was okay. I have had better. Most employees are great except for one server in their restaurant who wouldn't care less and seemed very unhappy. However, one guy went out of his way to make our stay every eventful. Our room was huge and nicely appointed. You can literally have a party on the terrace. Plates, silverware, wine glasses, etc were provided for in the wet bar. "

"Rooms at Hacienda Suites Loreto are about what you’d expect from a 2-star hotel. Nothing fancy, but adequate. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are cleaned daily. Our room had no refrigerator, but more “delux” rooms did. We had to request our AC be re-programmed to cool lower than 78 degrees. Staff friendly, but some spoke little English. Daily breakfast was excellent. Pool and outdoor areas were nice with plenty of seating and shade. Rooftop installation of solar panels made afternoon naps impossible."
