"Very nice and clean hotel which is centrally inconveniently located right in the heart of Copacabana. It's directly across the street from the beach and in the vicinity of great restaurants. Although you can dine at the restaurant on site which does have good food, you can also venture out to other local spots. The hotel is very clean and smells very nice. The staff are very professional and kind. The hotel room was very nice to stay in. I loved that the water pressure in the shower was very strong. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I would highly recommend this location."

"One elevator was inoperable for over 24 hours overnight staff was not helpful "

"The space was beautiful it was the lack of comfort. I stayed my last night and ended up being in the lobby for the last 3 hours of my stay because the room was a sauna. hen i called the front desk they stated that there was nothing they could do being that there was no extra rooms. So I waited in the lobby where the temp was tolerable. After i had to pay for the items consumed (water due to the excessive heat) and when i paid the front desk staff tried o short me $R40, when i told them they swore that maybe i made a mistake. That was impossible especially cause he handed me te $ I counted and immediately approached him when I noticed the error. I wasn’t able to enjoy my breakfast that i paid or in my reservation. This hotel is also not conveniently close to the beach as other hotels that were a éter stay, this would be a last resort for me, you can find better. "

Eso es lo peor! No vale pena de ningún modo por la incomodidad que produce eso. Piso 11. Precio elevado para lo ofrecido hoteles de cadena son incluso más convenientes"
