After a hard days work (or play) you could do a lot worst than staying here. From the moment I walked into reception to check out the next morning pleasingly there was nothing to spoil my stay.
Very clean, very comfortable bed, appliances and TV that work and overall bright and airy. Breakfast was good. They don't do dinner but there is the RSL 200 meters down the road. All rooms have under cover car parking.
I'd stay here again in a heart beat.

My husband and I stayed at Mt Tamborine Bed and Breakfast in October. It is beautifully appointed with lovingly cared for gardens and even some bird life to feed! We were greeted by Pam who could not do enough for us. The room was equipped with everything that we needed and there was even a bowl of chocolates! Breakfast was exceptional with a range of homemade jams (the fig was delicious) and a fresh fruit salad. We had our breakfast on the deck overlooking the Gold Coast. It was very...

I was looking for a motel in the area for just one night to be near an early morning appointment the following morning. I was not expecting much. This turned out to be a wonderful surprise. The grounds are very well maintained and despite the rain I sat under the carport for a while and watched the birds enjoy the weather and plants.

Loved staying at the Glen Hotel.
Very modern, trendy, clean rooms, with great A-La-Carte Restuarant & pub on the same premises to suit all budgets.
Hotel staff very friendly & nothing is an issue for them.
Parking in a locked up area, very close to hotel.

We only stayed overnight as we had come from Sydney to attend my sisters 70th Birthday on the Saturday evening. My wife had was just recovering from a major operation and the service and location were just stop on. My wife was very taken by the room and fitted into her requirements 100%. She was very pleased with the breakfast and even stated it was the best she had ever had for in room service..

The best time to go to Bahrs Scrub, Queensland, is during the dry season, which runs from May to October.
During these months, you'll experience pleasant, warm weather with lower humidity and less rainfall, making it ideal for outdoor activities and exploring the local area. The average daytime temperatures are comfortable, typically ranging from the low 20s to high 20s Celsius. This period is superb for those looking to enjoy the Queensland sunshine without the intensity of the summer heat or the disruption of heavy downpours.
Couples looking for a relaxing getaway will appreciate the consistently fine weather, which is superb for enjoying the natural surroundings and any outdoor amenities your accommodation might offer. It's also a great time for casual strolls and dining al fresco.
Families will find the dry season particularly convenient for planning activities. With less rain, there's a higher chance of uninterrupted days for visiting local parks or venturing out to nearby attractions without worrying about weather-related cancellations.
